The Eight Major Exhaust Systems of Guangdong Purification Engineering
1. General exhaust systems, such as auxiliary production rooms and living rooms, discharge general exhaust gases directly into the atmosphere without the need for treatment.
2. The organic gas exhaust system, when using various organic substances as raw and auxiliary materials in production, will emit organic gas at relevant places or equipment. Exhaust devices should be installed for such places or equipment, and the organic gas in the exhaust system should be treated accordingly before being discharged into the atmosphere.
3. Acidic gas exhaust system is used to discharge acidic gases during product production. In such exhaust systems, wet scrubbing absorption towers are usually installed to treat the gases before discharging them into the atmosphere.
4. Alkaline gas exhaust system is used to discharge alkaline gas during product production. In such exhaust systems, wet gas scrubbing absorption towers are usually installed, and the treated gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
5. The hot gas exhaust system discharges hot gases from various furnaces, high-temperature sterilization equipment, etc. during the production process. Due to the high exhaust temperature, sometimes heat recovery and other methods can be used for treatment. If the exhaust volume is small or inconvenient to treat, it can be directly discharged into the atmosphere after taking necessary insulation measures.
6. The exhaust system containing dust has different properties and concentrations of dust in the exhaust during different production processes. For some high dust concentrations, dust removal equipment should be used to filter the exhaust and meet the requirements before discharging it into the atmosphere.
7. The special gas exhaust system should prevent chemical reactions from occurring in the exhaust system when producing special gases (which are flammable, explosive, toxic, even highly toxic or corrosive). The exhaust system should be divided and a dedicated exhaust gas treatment device should be selected to discharge them into the atmosphere after reaching the emission standards.
8. Harmful and toxic exhaust systems in drug production should be equipped with high-efficiency filters at the exhaust outlets of some special drugs (such as highly allergenic drugs, certain drugs, and highly active and toxic drugs) rooms to reduce pollution before being discharged into the atmosphere.
