(2) Start to determine the workshop area and construction method. Based on the variety of products produced, planning, and construction planning, determine the functional rooms (cattle production area, auxiliary area) that should be set up in the dust-free workshop, and then contact the factory (determine the approximate construction area, construction method, or number of floors of the workshop according to the current planning status of the general table).
(3) Material balance calculation. Calculate material damage based on product production, production schedule, and production characteristics. For purification engineering, calculate the amount of materials (materials, accessories), packaging materials (bottles, stoppers, aluminum caps), and technical water consumption for each batch of production.
(4) Equipment selection. Based on the batch production determined by the material balance, select suitable equipment and quantity for single machine production and linkage line production, as well as the requirements of the construction unit.
(5) Workshop staffing. Determine the number of workshop personnel based on production volume and equipment selection operation requirements.
(6) Design of workshop purification engineering plan. After completing tasks (1-5) above, the graphic design can be carried out.
