In purification engineering, it is not necessarily the addition of nozzles and directions in the air shower room that results in better spraying effects. These mainly depend on the parameters of the fan used by the air shower room manufacturer, which are closely related (the surface wind speed is generally greater than 20 meters per second); If a single person double air shower room is only equipped with one fan, then the double air shower room will definitely have a higher wind speed than the triple air shower room, and the shower effect will also be better than the triple air shower room; If you want to have a better shower effect for all employees with dual fans, you can choose triple blowing.
The main raw materials for air shower rooms include: cold rolled steel plates with multiple layers of acid pickling and electrostatic spraying, outer cold plates with inner stainless steel, and all stainless steel. Stainless steel raw materials have strong resistance to strong acids and alkalis. Cold rolled steel plates with multiple layers of acid washing and electrostatic spraying can be used effectively if the box and application site do not have strong acids and alkalis; If the application site is relatively humid or has acidic or alkaline gases, a fully stainless steel air shower room should be selected. Conversely, a fully cold rolled steel plate raw material air shower room can also be selected.
In purification engineering, the air shower room is generally set to blow once every 15 seconds when leaving the factory. If the clean room has about 20 people and needs to be completed within ten minutes, a single person air shower room or a double person air shower room can be selected. A single person air shower room can pass through 3 people in one minute, and 20 people can pass through in about 7 minutes; If you want to control the time to pass 20 people within five minutes, you need to choose a double person air shower room or a multi person air shower room, so choose an air shower room suitable for enterprise use.
