Regarding a newly built cleanroom purification project that requires a comprehensive inspection of the workshop after completion, we need to clean the entire workshop thoroughly before the inspection. Poor cleanliness and hygiene have a direct impact on the cleanliness inspection.
How should the cleaning inspection of the air conditioning system in the cleanroom purification project be carried out?
1. It is essential to conduct a comprehensive and thorough cleaning of the clean room before debugging. Thoroughly, comprehensively, and thoroughly clean the floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and windows of the cleanroom (preferably with a professional cleaning company); Inspect, leak detect, and wipe air conditioning equipment, air conditioning ducts (supply air ducts, return air ducts, fresh air ducts), and air conditioning accessories (silencers, valves, air vents, etc.). Terminate the requirement for cleanliness upon arrival.
2. Perform the first air blow on the coarse and medium efficiency filters of the equipment. On the basis of thorough cleaning, the coarse and medium filters inside the equipment air conditioner are installed. Perform air blowing on the entire purification air conditioning system for 24-36 hours to initiate the purification process.
3. Efficient filter for equipment. The system can install high-efficiency filters after air blowing. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, it is required to perform leak detection on each one and seal any leaks. Leak detection is carried out on a temporary leak detection platform, and atmospheric dust is used as the dust source. Only high-efficiency filters that have passed the inspection can be used for equipment. After the equipment is completed, the equipment of the high-efficiency filter should be sealed and leak checked (using a dust particle counter to scan) until the equipment is qualified.
4. After the leak detection of the high-efficiency filter equipment is qualified, the purification air conditioning system will be air blown for the second time. The air blowing time is 24 hours before entering the debugging program.
After the cleaning inspection of the project, the entire project can be delivered to the customer for use.
